Well the world has shut down and people are saying there is no such thing as long covid. Postal systems are failing and local acupuncturists and herbalists have shut down as "nonessential." If you are struggling with covid-19, here are some things you can do & take.
Cordyceps: deep immune support. I recommend getting on them and staying on them for 1 year.
Olive Leaf: this is an antiviral. Not to be scoffed at. It is potent. Get some and take it!
Vitamin D3: oral spray is best form, 10,000 ius daily.
Vitamin C: start with a vitamin C flush. 1g, then 1 hour later take 2g, 1 hour later take 3g, 1 hour later take 4g, 1 hour later take 5 g. This will give you diarrhea and also seriously flush out your system. Don't fret, your digestion will return to normal! After that, 2-3g a day.
Multivitamin which has zinc, iron, B12, etc. Taking double the recommended dose daily.
NAC: 3,000 mg/day
Tea: 3 cups daily made of the following:
Ginger. Ridiculous amounts of fresh ginger. This is good for the lungs, the immune system and pushes pathogens out of the body.
Rosemary: a few branches. Good for lungs, anti viral
Thyme: good for lungs. Throw a handful in.
Orange peel: from 2 or 3 oranges. This helps the heavy feeling and fatigue as well as regulating digestion. Lemon and lime peels work as well.
Dandelion leaves: assists the liver, cools the body down, handles toxins. Pick 2 handfuls from your garden.
Boil for 30 minutes. Pick the dandelion leaves out and eat them with eggs, in a soup, a stir fry, etc. Add rose buds at the very end for 1 minute. These are good for the heart and liver.
When the tea is done boiling, grab a towel, put a trivet down at the table, take a seat and do a steam over the pot of tea. Make sure to breathe in with both nose and mouth. Do it until the steam has pretty much dissipated. Don't burn yourself!
For deeper lung support with a hideous taste, do sage brush. It can make you nauseous so avoid if you are already dealing with nausea.
Other heart support is hawthorn. Black beans for your kidneys. Sweet potatoes if your digestion is off. Beets if your pulse is off.
Eat 1 onion a day, 1 bulb of garlic a day. Add turmeric to food as this brings down inflammation. Coconut water assists with deep hydration and electrolytes. Add salt, lemon and honey or maple syrup to your water for the same reason. Eat plenty of greens. Avoid dairy, greasy food, bread, pasta, alcohol, cigarettes, or anything too spicy. Natu Get sunshine for as long as you can every day. Do not hang out in the wind. Do not let yourself get chilly. Do not eat salad. Cook all your food. This makes digesting easier, makes your food more bioavailable, and saves your energy for healing rather than breaking down raw plant matter.

Ask people to imagine you well and healthy, to send you healing vibes, to light candles for you etc. Imagine a sun at the center of the earth, big, golden, glowing. Imagine a pillar of light coming up from this central earth sun into your belly button. Imagine a sun in your belly being fed and nourished and filled up by the one in the center of the earth. Feel the warmth. Know that the central sun's light is infinite and eternal. It cannot run out as it fills you up. Do this 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening every day.
